Outstanding service
Throughout the buying process we were kept fully up-to-date by the dedicated sales co-ordinators; the wonderful Sandra Venn and her job share colleague Abi Rawling. Nothing was too much trouble for them and their efforts in working up and down the chain were very greatly appreciated. I cannot praise them too highly for the work they put in.

Exceptional service
The whole team at Putterills were great but Sandra Venn was exceptional. We had a long chain which produced lots of issues and numerous delays. Sandra was in a difficult position at times but remained kind, helpful and professional at all times. She singlehandedly saved the whole process when it almost fell through at the final hurdle with a bit of inspired negotiation, which was all her own idea. The service we received was exceptional and, if we are ever brave enough to move again, we wouldn't even think about using anyone but Putterills.

Look no further!

Professional attentive friendly service from a team of well motivated staff.
The staff are friendly and genuinely helpful, They work as a team and kept me up to date throughout on how matters were proceeding liaising with solicitors within the chain and the vendor.. Also the staff went out of their way to point me in the direction of other professional service providers situated local to the property which I sought connected with the purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend Putterills.

Professional
I cannot fault their service, from the beginning when Lucy valued our property, she was honest and realistic right through to their sales progressor Sandra who kept you well informed throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend them and although I do not anticipate moving for sometime would certainly use them again.

First Class service with a smile!
I found the whole process from start to finish very friendly, professional and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. From my initial meeting with Vicky Doidge who provided me with an honest and accurate valuation of my house and compiled a high quality brochure, to all the staff who conducted the viewings, in particular Lucy Lord and finally to the sales progressors Sandra Venn and Abi Rawling who through their tenacious and 'can do' attitude throughout some difficult moments managed to get me to exchange of contracts and finally completion. I thank you all and would highly recommend you as agents. Ricky Stokes......you have an amazing team.

Excellent Service
When buying our first house Putterills were a massive support to my girlfriend and I, they constantly ensured we were informed of any update and Vicky Doidge and team were consistnetly professional, knoweldgable and supportive. Would not hesitate to reccomend in the future
