My review could consist of 4 words. Lizzy Dinnis is wonderful. But I'm going to write a little more to explain why. Elizabeth impressed us enormously right from the start. Her valuation of the house was done over video so as to be covid secure, and it was immediately clear her knowledge of the area and housing stock was extensive. Not only that but her absolute warmth and genuine care came across so acutely that we knew there could only be one person to sell for us. We were rewarded in this choice by gaining a brilliant professional and someone who we could chat with easily at any time. Her understanding of the market meant we chose the right price point, and her style of marketing suited our lovely cosy terrace perfectly. The photos were taken safely, with us out of the house and coupled with the brilliantly written details allowed the buyer to see the way we lived here. We gained immediate interest and Lizzy compiled the interested parties into a day long list of individual viewings which meant we could safely be out of the house and she would handle it all - which as someone who was shielding couldn't have been more appreciated. I'm sure it won't surprise anyone who has worked with Elizabeth to know that it sold on this first day, above asking price. We couldn't have been happier or more thankful. Following this, we were supported by Lizzy throughout the conveyancing process; she was available to chat to or email any concerns or questions and we extend thanks to Rebecca the sale progressor from the ASAP team that is part of the ewemove package. They handle all of the conveyancing services including appointing a solicitor and keeping the whole system moving with Lizzy as the integral touchstone. Moving in a pandemic isn't easy, but every single part of it was managed brilliantly by Elizabeth Dinnis. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her with our highest regard. Thank you doesn't seem like enough for the level of thought, care, attention to detail and professionalism, but it's the best I have. Lizzy, we appreciated it all soo much. Thank you.
