I found myself in the unfortunate position of having to sell my Mother's house, I have had little experience of the process and was quite anxious about it, Ewemove came highly recommended by a neighbour, so I gave them a call. I was glad I did. Amy put me at ease with her friendly, professional manner, she listened and understood my situation, taking on board my need for a quick sale. Amy advised me about all the things I needed to do and patiently answered all my queries. She then sold the house incredibly quickly while dealing with the various issues that inevitably crop up. We don’t normally write reviews for anything! - but Amy, and her team at EweMove, did SUCH a great job in successfully selling and supporting us in the sale of our flat, that we felt compelled to write this review. It IS A GENUINE and heartfelt review. We chose Amy and her team at EweMove because they had a fresh approach to being an estate agent, had a genuine appreciation of the ‘value’ of the property and a super collaborative approach to dealing with us. Simply put - they did an excellent, professional job from beginning to end, in what we would describe as a VERY proactive and collaborative way. They promoted the property in a way that found the right person for the flat, valued it at a price we were very happy with and saw the sale through from beginning to end. Amy and her team were super proactive and communicative - way beyond our expectations - right the way from the beginning to the last day of the conveyancing and sale process. Every week Amy would follow up with, and let us know the progress of buyers, sellers, solicitors and other agents. They did not fall prey to dropping the price when not necessary, and found a buyer that we knew would love the flat. They successfully navigated a breakdown in the chain, again without compromising the sale itself. And they did all of this in a very friendly, collaborative and professional way - keeping everything together and communicated with us until the very end. We wanted an estate agent that had great communication, transparency and someone who you felt is really fighting your corner. This is exactly what we had with Amy and her team at EweMove. From the very start we had clear pricing, no sales waffle unlike others and a clear strategy to launch on the market. We managed to get a good number of viewings throughout and once a sale was secured the support didn't stop there. With a dedicated WhatsApp group with myself, my wife and the team we were constantly updated each week with voice notes back and forth (even once the sale was agreed). I've bought and sold houses 4 times before and I never thought I would ever say this but our agent earnt every penny of their commission on this sale, not that we want to move again but i wouldn't hesitate to use them in a heartbeat if we did.

Amy Dodd at EweMove recently sold my late parents' property in Taunton. And we are extremely happy with the excellent level of service she provided. This was a probate sale. First of all we selected another well-known estate agency. But after 6 months and many viewings, nothing was happening. We received virtually no feed-back from the agent about the people they were showing around the house. As executors, we started looking around for a more suitable local estate agent. That's when we came across Amy at EweMove. Her credentials looked good. Then we viewed a 'Best Agent' VLOG which is a case study on a house sale Amy had previously made. Our minds were made-up straightaway after seeing that video! She was on the case immediately with regard to marketing our property. Photos and brochure were sorted with minimal delay. Feed-back on each viewing was helpful and immediate. Within a few weeks an offer was received and accepted. Unfortunately that buyer pulled out. But what impressed us most about Amy is that in less than one week she had managed to secure another offer. She had asked us to refrain from re-marketing the property for one week whilst she sought another buyer. And she had been confident she could achieve that!
