Amazing knowledge and help from Claire who showed us around a property that we were interested in buying. The fact that the floorplan includes the garden as well was a massive plus for as as I'm sure it would be for others, as I for one have not seen any other estate agents do that for their properties. Exceptional customer care from beginning to end I cannot rate Ewemove St Helens highly enough. They looked after us so much & the support was just incredible. They really listen to your needs & support you every step of the way and really made the selling & buying of our properties so stress free with such a professional & friendly approach. We were incredibly pleased with the service from our estate agent John. From our first meeting to the sale of our house, John was brilliant. Communication - he was always available to answer our questions as this was a first-time selling and we did have many. Always answering with clear detailed explanations. Professionalism - from out first meeting and throughout the process he ensured we understood the next steps. His patient approach made us feel at ease. Responsive- he always made himself available anytime which made it a smooth process. Knowledge - he knew the local market which resulted in us getting a deal that exceeded our expectations. We are so pleased we had John as.our estate agent. We would highly recommend John if you want a top-level estate agent.

Absolutely cannot recommend Jonathan and Gemma enough. They have been so professional, kept us calm throughout the process of buying our first house and kept us updated as best as they could. They went out of their way to ensure we felt at ease and accommodated us will all our requests. We initially viewed the house with Jonathan. Jonathan showed us around and was very honest from the start of the process. We put our offer in straight away and was immediately added to a group chat on WhatsApp with himself and Gemma, after our offer was accepted. Since that point, they have allowed us to view as many times as we desired and kept us updated with where the process was up to. They let our family view the property with us also. I was very anxious about buying our first home but each time, I was having a panic, both Jonathan and Gemma reassured us that everything that was happening was normal and made me more relaxed with the process. I can't speak highly enough of these estate agents, they have gone above and beyond for us and would highly recommend using them again if we ever wish to. Thanks so much for everything! I can't fault Jonathan one bit. He is a fantastic estate agent he knows exactly what he is doing and makes the whole process so easy . Jonathan is a really nice guy puts you at ease and go's through the whole process. He will set up a WhatsApp group with everyone involved in the steps of the sale so everyone knows where they are and up to. We can't thank him enough for everything he has done. I would highly recommend using this company and speaking to Jonathan
