What an amazing experience from start to finish, we knew we were in good hands from the moment Rachel came to talk with us. The same day we decided to put the house on the market, we were initially a little hesitant as we had a pretty bad experience already with another estate agent in town, Rachel explained everything clearly and the wealth of knowledge and research was unmatchable and on top of this the photos of our house were so professional without us having to pay extra. Within days Rachel had sold our house and nothing was ever too much effort or a problem for Rachel, whenever I had a question she was always there to help and has always been so friendly and proactive. Rebecca was excellent from start to finish. She sold our house in a matter of days. The support and communication throughout the entire process was excellent. I am editing my review as we have now moved into our beautiful new home in Grantham!! After months of stress since February with the local agent dealing with the sale of our house and our buyers down in Hertfordshire where we have relocated to Grantham from, Rachel has been a beacon of calm managing the purchase of our new home. She was available every day, even over the weekends to update us about the progress of the property we were buying through Ewe Move.
