I engaged EweMove Finchley and Whetstone branch to sell my house earlier this year . Like many people I have never really heard of EweMove before but on GetAgent they were number one for selling properties in my area . I had a 4 bedroomed property to sell in N11 New Southgate . After a very useful discussion about selling my property , pricing options and looking at recent sales in the area with Ouali Chriqy one of the Directors of the company I decided to use them to sell my house . I was particularly impressed that it would be him and him only that would deal with my sale and no one else. He would handle everything, the marketing of the property, the half hour viewing slots and all of the much needed communications with myself and prospective viewers and buyers . EweMove did a excellent write up of my property and a fabulous 3D video of the house which viewers can only access once they have made an appointment to view . Within 7 days of it going on the market I had over 15 viewings . I had a offer over and above the asking price within a week . This unfortunately did not proceed so Mr Chriqy was immediately organising more viewings and again I had a offer over the asking price . Happily this sale did proceed . I cannot recommend this company enough . They are professional, committed above the call of duty , hard working and very informative about everything to do with your property and the area they are selling the property in . Mr Ouali Chriqy was brilliant. He kept me informed at every turn and would always get back to me when he told me he would . He worked tirelessly to find me a buyer and ensure that this sale went through as smoothly as one could hope it would . 5 stars do not do justice to the service that Khilan has provided. He has gone over and above each step of the way. His professionalism, patience and knowledge is second to none. He sold me a stunning 4 bed flat which I have rented out through him. The entire process was seamless - excellent communication each step of the way. During a period that we were viewing lots of properties, Ouali stood out as an estate agent we could trust and through the course of our purchase this has only strengthened. We've loved some of the touches of buying through EweMove such as the online 3D tour of the property we're buying and revisit it regularly to measure up for furniture etc and just to imagine ourselves in the new place, it's a really cool feature!
