We had a house viewing with Sarah last week and found her to be very friendly and professional. She was very knowledgeable on the house and answered all our questions and even answered questions we hadn’t thought of. We didn’t feel it was a sales pitch but friendly showing of someone’s home. Although we decided it wasn’t the house for us, we would recommend Sarah and this company.

We had a very bad experience with EweMove - Huntingdon & St Ives. We rented a house in Cambridge in Jul 2021 via EweMove and Ms Sarah Fitton handled our case. In the beginning of the rental period, we found there are 2 serious issues, one is the backdoor gate of the garden which always out of control and suddenly opened by itself. The other issue is the boiler and the radiators as our house could not be warmed up. We reported the situation to EweMove immediately as it's not safe for us and we expected they will help us to fix the problems quickly as seems their reputation is so good and the trustpilot rating is so high. But unfortunately, we are wrong, the problem of the backdoor gate could not be fixed until Mar 2022 and the problem of the boiler could not be fixed during the whole winter. No matter how we submitted our request of assistance to Sarah, Sarah has her own way to ignore us. In Jun 2022, we informed Sarah that we would not renew the contract and the end date of our rental would be 25 Jul 2022. She didn’t remind us what she expected us to do regarding the cleaning until 22 Jul 2022 she informed us we need to have a professional cleaning, but we almost completed the cleaning by our own. It’s not worth and we can’t arrange the cleaning company to come before 25 Jul 2022. We expected to return the keys to her on 25 Jul 2022 but she told us to leave the keys in the house on 25 Jul 2022 and will not see us on that day. She knew us to have the moving company to move most of the stuff on 22 Jul 2022 and will leave the keys on 25 Jul 2022 but she arranged her staff to enter the house on 24 Jul 2022 without our permission. On 25 Jul 2022, we found a trolley and some of our personal belonging were missing and Sarah said her staff just throw away some rubbish for us only. She is so unprofessional and we don’t know why her staff can enter our rented house and throw away our stuff without asking us. Moreover, she found there is a chip to the windowsill paintwork of the kitchen was our fault and said we need to pay for it. The truth is we reported the chip to the windowsill to her on 12 Aug 2021 when we moved in. She forgot it and didn’t check her record before she blamed us. Fortunately, we have kept the record as our evidence otherwise they will deduct more money from our deposit. We want to share our experience to let other people, no matter the landlords, the tenants, the sellers and the buyers, to avoid such unprofessional, dishonest and irresponsible agent – EweMove Huntingdon and St Ives.

Absolute waste of time been on the market amonth or more not had a single enquiry let alone viewing. Get Sarah bombarding me with jargon stats great bedtime reading. Then tried today to contact her for keys as locked myself out. Took over 4 hrs to respond knowing fill well what ai wanted but opted to ask me to call her so played ping pong voicemail and finally lost it and withdrew property from sale. Proved why there's been no activity if this muppet can't be bothered to answer messages. Gave me some bull about being in hospital with her son didn't wash you're running a business an and organise ffs.Going to escalate via head office. Avoid at all costs if you've got no office and no staff you can't run a business.Glad I got the reason for no activity I'm no. Mug I'd wipe the floor with these muppets. And I thought some estate agents were better they're a bunch of airheads this one epitomises all that I hate with them.Care to respond why don't you let me educate you.You call the local number you get a head office call centre in Bradford might as well be Antarctica they're so bloody out of touch.Wow rant over I see huge potential was considering buying a franchise but won't touch these muppets now.
