Used Your Move to lettings recently. Found them very helpful, especially Tayla Barber. Always happy to help and very professional. I found online system a bit confusing to use but managed to sort it all out eventually. Would recommend the agency.

Not very good at listening to instructions for requirements. Kept offering three bed houses when clearly told needed 4 bedroom house. Even offered a flat!

Dear Adrian. As explained the situation is a deposit dispute with your landlord. We cannot force the landlord, there is process that must be followed, before any funds can be returned. We are very sorry for the situation, but we are doing everything possible to get this resolved with your former landlord. After our lengthy conversation today, I do hope you can appreciate the issue is with the landlord and your review is a little unfair to the team in this branch as we are not to blame. We have tried to help you and have given you the details you need for the letting management centre, who are there to assist tenants with issues just like this one. We do hope this is resolved quickly for you and now that you have the full information I hope you can re-consider your review.

Took my offer to rent one of their properties after someone else had moved in and didn’t get in touch to tell me that the property was gone, I had to call them to find out. The girl I dealt with initially was very professional, unfortunately it seemed her manager wasn’t the same.

Unfortunetly i can't give minus stars! I moved out from the room earlier, and sent back the front door key and the room code in a frist class letter by Royal Mail. I've got a phone call from my agent who is the manager and he said the key what he's got can't open the front door. My answer was: the door opens very hardly, but the key is correct, same key what i got from them. After that he said he didn't get any key, and because of that he wanna cut from my deposite - day by day until he can not owns the key. I asked him was the envelope damaged? He said no. Previously when we talked on phone he tried to trick me, like he did not get my notice what i sent more than a month before by email, so i should to pay him again - i said No! (becuse that was the end of the 1 year contract extra £170 cost to renew and one extra month notice of course with rent). I just want to warning everybody to be very carefully with this brach, until this man works there. I dont want to make him ashamed to write his name but if he lie to me and wanna short my money without rights, if im the first person if not, Can Not happen this again...

Dear Ms Huszar We are sorry to read your review, however, we have no record of ever having received a formal complaint in regards to this matter. However, from our records it shows you left the room that you were renting, without giving notice and failed to return the key for the room. We did request the key to be returned and to date we have no record of a key being returned. There is a very basic process to end a tenancy and to leave a property giving the required notice, all of these terms were outlined in your tenancy agreement. Our records show this was not followed, therefore the landlord does have rights to take what ever action they deem necessary and are entitled to.
