I was very worried about the sale of my flat knowing barely anything since buying the property. Shaz came in for a meeting and was massively helpful in getting my head around how to proceed and being clear and concise with costs and the process from start to end. I had many questions throughout the entire process and Shaz was always readily available when I made a call and if he wasn't, always made a same call back typically within half an hour. I can't explain enough the peace of mind this gave me throughout and he went above and beyond in terms of answering questions that were likely outside his remit and that I could've googled myself - but it always nice to ask somebody who knows the ins and outs for assuredness of which he gave me bountifully.
