Don’t waste any time looking for another estate agent. We went through two before we met Dean and Dierdre. The previous agents had plenty of people viewing and making offers, but they didn’t secure a sale once. We gave up hope and then Dean knocked on our door. Dean showed our property once and sold it straight away and secured it. We honestly don’t think we would have moved without them. The communication of Dierdre was exceptional. She single handedly wrangled all agents and solicitors in a 5 man chain and was I believe the reason for the success of the chain.
