When Alex sold our property and then we completed on our new one we could not thank Alex enough. She truly was superb. It was nothing like dealing with regular estate agents, she was so genuine, personable, friendly, thoughtful, helpful and always available! She offered great advice, took all my calls even when I was panicking! The photos she took of our house were absolutely stunning and we sold so quickly at more than we dreamed of! Even when the sale fell through, she quickly sold again and made us feel so confident we barely worried! Alex really was there every step of the way and reassured us when the chain got wobbly. I am so very impressed with Alex, she has gone above and beyond to sell my house. She gave up an entire Sunday day and Monday evening to do viewings. Has been lovely throughout. When I offered to do a late night viewing she did it herself. Where other estate agents fail, she really does succeed, she will make sure your buyers are checked, she spends so much time on communication and does her very best.
