We have recently sold our house in Lichfield through Victoria at Ewe move and like most people purchased another that was unfortunately listed through a different agent. Throughout the whole process Victoria has kept us updated by regular contact with all parties concerned. The other agent just kept telling us they worked for the seller not the buyer. When we hit a few snags Victoria either advised us on what to do or simply sorted it for us. The other agent just never returned our calls. Even at the end of the process on the day of the move she was there for both us and the buyers making sure we were happy. The other agent couldn't be bothered Victoria did a fantastic job of both selling our house in the end twice because the first buyers decided to withdraw from the sale after 5 weeks, and keeping us updated throughout the whole process.
