After an issue involving a leak in our ceiling, Tracey from Belvoir was incredibly helpful and dealt with our situation brilliantly and was very understanding. I visited the Kirkcaldy office in person to discuss the issues and she was very informative and made all the necessary calls and arrangements whilst I was with her. This wasn't one of those scenarios where you are just told the issue will be dealt with but are unsure what's actually going on behind the scenes. I witnessed all the communications and they were spot on. Friendly, quick, great communication and all round good service. I would highly recommend. Thanks again Tracey!
