Making the whole process run smoothly, we were kept up to date with the sale, it was easy to contact someone, and as well as being helpful to speak to they were also very down to earth, just what you need from an Agent.

We had a positive house buying experience using CJ Hole, Kingswood. We described the style of house we wanted and they advised that they had just the one that was due to come back onto the market and we could view it. They were right, we loved said house and now very happily living in that house. The purchase was a little long, due to a few unforeseen conveyancing issues, but CJ Hole rep 'Kerry' was always a phone call or email away and readily leaned in to assist in the conveyancing part of the transaction to try and speed the purchase up by working with both sets of solicitors and providing updates.
