I had previously built up a good rapport with Nick and he knew exactly what I was looking for in a property. I had originally enquired about a complete different property, but as Nick knew what I was looking for, he introduced me to a different property. It was a little out of my price range and was slightly sceptical to view with this in mind. On my first viewing I knew I had to have the property. Nick worked as a great mediator between myself and the vendor. He was open, honest and transparent with managing my expectations. When my offer was accepted, Nick was always on hand to help me, whether this was for general advice or to chase up solicitors and paperwork. I literally could not have asked for any more from Nick, he was an absolute godsend! Words cannot express how grateful I am to Nick for finding me my first property and for a very easy and smooth purchase - something I understand to be quite stressful! Thank you again Nick!

We were first time buyers so we didn't really have a clue what we were doing! Donna and Adam could not have been more helpful - they were both super patient with all our questions and informative with their answers. They were quick to get back to us whenever we made contact either by phone or email and they were happy to go the extra mile when we asked for their help on two separate occasions to resolve issues relating firstly to a building survey and the second time concerning locks and contents insurance. We would 100% recommend them.

Pleasant experience when buying our first home through CJ Hole. Donna was very pleasant and approachable in the process of buying our first home. She quickly responded to any queries that we had and a he was more than happy to complete several viewings with us, after putting in our offer and having this accepted. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property and did not hesitate to contact the seller with any questions that we had. We had some contact with other members of the CJ Hole team who weren’t as professional, but we would not like this to reflect on the service we received from Donna.

Donna, Adam, Matt and Jeni were very helpful last year when I purchased my flat. From negotiating my offer to the seller, to further liaison between both parties later down the line, the team were efficient, friendly and easy to contact. I felt as though they helped to move everything forward quickly and assisted with my family and I being in the flat just before Christmas, which was what I had been aiming for. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move within the local area.
