It has been a pleasure talking to Ms Tilly Ryan the past few weeks. I was enquiring about rental properties for a group of new international students coming from Malaysia. Tilly is friendly, polite, knowledgeable and really helpful in her recommendations, taking into account the properties’ proximity to the university and her concern for the welfare of these international students who are moving to Bristol for the first time.
