Ms Tilly Ryan
It has been a pleasure talking to Ms Tilly Ryan the past few weeks. I was enquiring about rental properties for a group of new international students coming from Malaysia. Tilly is friendly, polite, knowledgeable and really helpful in her recommendations, taking into account the properties’ proximity to the university and her concern for the welfare of these international students who are moving to Bristol for the first time. She simply considered every factor before making her recommendations. However, we have not, as yet, applied for any property as the students are still waiting for the outcome of their students visas applications. Rest assured, when the students are ready to apply for any rental property, Tilly will be the first person we will contact. Tilly deserves praise for already demonstrating the true skills of an exceptional realtor. She is an asset to CJ Hole Kingswood in my opinion.

Excellent sales team from start to finish
I recently sold my house with CJ Hole Kingswood, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and proactive. The initial valuation was thorough, with a clear explanation of market trends and realistic expectations. Throughout the process, I was kept well-informed with regular updates, which helped manage my expectations and reduced stress. I had previously used CJ Hole’s lettings service and was already familiar with their high standards, but this was my first experience with their sales team. I was just as impressed. They handled all viewings seamlessly, notifying me in advance and managing them independently, which was incredibly convenient. Their marketing efforts were extensive, ensuring my property had great exposure. The sale itself was handled extremely well, but a special mention must go to Kerry Ray, who managed the sales progression. Kerry was an unexpected bonus who made the entire process wonderful. She went above and beyond to keep everything on track, liaising with my solicitors, the buyer’s solicitors, and even the solicitors further down the chain when complications arose. The sale was delayed due to issues with my buyer’s buyer, who was selling a flat (which involved extra legal red tape). Without Kerry’s persistence, regular communication, and problem-solving, I might have pulled out of the sale altogether. She provided weekly phone updates, regular emails, and constant reassurance, answering every question promptly and thoroughly. I have always been impressed with CJ Hole’s professionalism, industry knowledge, and dedication, and this experience confirmed that their sales service is just as strong as their lettings. The service I received was well worth the commission, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to both buyers and sellers. Beyond their exceptional property services, CJ Hole has also been involved in delivering aid to Ukraine since the start of the war, which is a true testament to their company ethos. Their commitment to both their clients and wider humanitarian efforts is truly commendable.
