My boyfriend and I rented out a flat for 18 months from Harrison Jacks and everything was trouble-free. Jessica always dealt with any queries and went above and beyond to accommodate viewing times. She even offered us help finding a new property when she heard we were moving out. We would 100% recommend.

The first time I contacted harrisonjacks.co.uk over the telephone was on Tuesday. I spoke to a lady named India. She was polite and listened to me carefully. I gave an offer for the apartment I was looking to rent and asked her to get back to me as soon as possible, as I needed to rent it within two weeks. The next day, Wednesday, nobody got back to me via phone or email, so I called them again. Another staff member took my details and promised to get back to me the same day, but nobody did. I contacted them again on Thursday; again, they promised to get back to me, and nobody did. I contacted them again on Friday, and once again, they took down my details, email, and telephone number, and promised that someone would get in touch with me the same day. It is now Friday, 4 PM, and nobody has called me back or sent me an email. I HAVE NO GOOD WORDS ABOUT THIS COMPANY.

Very disappointed for the service provided and no follow up at all. I am sadly writing this review as I am hoping to discuss with the agent that has follow up with me for a shop leasing. It was a very positive discussion and the agent just kept telling me it is very promising. However I have to keep chasing the progress by myself and I have been asked to submit our business proposal in which I did on the following day. I waited till a month after that calling the agent again sadly the agent just avoided to pick up my call and asking me to keep waiting...after a few months right now, they just simply ignore my request and I am really shock by the level of professional that it should be.....I totally could understand if the landlord doesn't want to proceed for any reason though we agreed for all the terms and conditions....however at least as a professional agent they should really call and let me know a YES or NO.... Seriously as a business runner , time is extremely precious stuff and it is alright even though we cannot rent the shop but i am quite doubtful for all the potential tenants to seek leasing from this agency.

We left the property cleaner than when first found, and were charged £150 cleaning fee each and £82.50 each for a supposed blocked drain 👎🏼 …

Experienced horrible customer service from the team. I called several times over the course of a few days trying to book a viewing for a rental property and was constantly told that the lettings team were busy or out on appointments and would ring me back, which they never did. I travelled into London from Bath to view flats, and asked for an urgent call back in the morning before they went out for appointments to let me know if they would be able to show me the flat or not. Again, heard nothing from them. Called them in be afternoon, only to be told the office had closed and they had all gone home! I’m shocked at how they have treated a potential new tenant who has shown genuine interest in one of their properties! Won’t be contacting them again. UPDATE: 1st July - I have just received a call from the lettings manager offering to send me a gift if I taken down this review. I wonder if this tactic of bribery is how they have managed to maintain only 5 star reviews so far?
