My partner and I opted to go with Katy after unsuccessfully selling our flat in St Ives with other agents. We decided to go with Katy as she was selling a house locally (one which I had already seen but my partner was unable to). Katy reached out to my partner to see the house however my partner had no car at the time. Desperate for my partner to see the property, Katy kindly diverted her route to pick up my partner, show her around and then drop her back off.
