My first impression was not great. I was assigned to an agent who got details and everything wrong. However upon calling back after a month I was assigned to Beckie who was great, showing us round lots of properties and telling us about the local area. All were well priced and within our budget so overall a great experience. Amelia then handled the process of our offer which was much faster than other agents, we went from giving our offer to having a place secured within a few hours. Overall a great experience!
