Williams Estates, Denbigh more than just an estate agent but brilliant Ambassadors for Denbighshire. Welcoming, Friendly and Extremely Helpful!! From our initial enquiry about the property which is now our new home. The staff Linda and Lauren at Williams Estates, Denbigh where so friendly, arranging a viewing at short notice with the vendor as well as keeping us up to date with other properties in the area. When we called at the end of the day to make an offer, Williams estates where about to close but worked over putting our offer to the vendor and shortly after, returned the call to say it was accepted. From that moment on, we built up a relationship with Williams who negotiated the additional sale of furniture and provided details of local trade’s people when asked. Even on the day of completion, it was wonderful to have been in the estate agents learning more about Denbigh when the Solicitors call came to say the sale had been completed and to provide us with the keys. Whilst we have no intention of moving again, we feel we have already made a valuable contact in the area and look forward to the occasional visit when in Denbigh
