I asked for the survey to be carried out quickly and the report produced quickly. JWWood did this and charged a sensible price. The report was emailed to me only two working days after the survey. It was extremely useful and easy to read. I had some questions. The surveyor Jonathan Mason was able to phone 3 days later and talk through what I needed to know. The administrator Claire Wilkinson is very helpful.
