I have known of OPA for some years and heard good reviews from some contacts I have in the property world. This year we have decided to sell stock and approached OPA. I had an initial call with one of the team Zara to review what properties we had available and our expectations. She was able to provide me with information of their sales processes, their marketing strategy and gave an indication of time lines based on market demand for the type of property we had available. fast forward 2 months we have accepted an offer on the first property that OPA took to market and have had a lot of interest in 2 other units. The process and been very easy, receiving regular updates and curtesy calls. Great service have already recommended this company to some of my contacts.
