Emily Healey recently managed the progression of my purchase and I can honestly say she was excellent and without her it would have been a nightmare.. we were in a frustrating spot with the sellers solicitor being very very unresponsive and Emily pushed things through and was always highly responsive and very pro active which is exactly what you need in this process.
