We instructed Dexters for both sale and purchase processes, as they came highly recommended. We found them to be very professional in meeting our requirements. Natalia and Frankie were great in booking the viewings and keeping us updated throughout. Nina Gallagher was excellent on the sale and purchase process managing the chain throughout, keeping lines of communication open, which is key and always available and quick to respond to conclude a very successful process.

I recently contacted Dexters to enquire about sales in Kingston and the surrounding area. I spoke with Sonia and found her knowledge of the market to be superb: she was very quickly able to identify a plethora of properties that met my criteria within my stated price range. She also communicated with me in a calm and collected way that has made me feel completely reassured that I will soon find my ideal property. Dexter's were fantastic with our house sale. It was a fairly quick and swift sale but they did everything that was asked of them to a tee. Would recommend them no problem

My housemates and I had a very smooth process which was handled by Ashley Peters. From initial viewing through referencing and then the signing of the tenancy agreement, Ashley was there to answer and questions or queries about whatever we brought up.

I just completed my sale of my flat in Kingston yesterday. Though it was a long and complicated road to get this sale done, the team at Dexters was really fantastic the whole time - Ben, Natalia, Nina and Connor were always available to communicate with me, they explained things to me when it all got a bit confusing and they navigated the sale. I also bought my new property from Dexters and everything went smoothly every step of the way. For a professional and personable service, I would recommend Dexter's in Kingston.
