Would I like to renew the contract, or are you considering moving on? In this case I received a call from Sonia, who inquired about my plans. I had not previously spoken to Sonia and initially she presented herself as polite and efficient, yet after some back-and-forth discussions, our negotiations became somewhat contentious. However, following a brief email conversation and reset, we were able to work collaboratively with the landlord to arrive at a satisfactory agreement for the upcoming years. Sonia is clearly driven and highly competent in her role, with impressive communication skills. Whether over the phone or through email, she was prompt and attentive, and despite our initial differences, we resolved things quickly and professionally. Thank you, Dexters, and thank you, Sonia.
