Very happy with the service. The agency is very responsive and made sure the process progressed through all the steps in a timely manner. Although we did disagree on the flat valuation, I did insist on keeping the value I wanted and I luckily it worked well. Dealing with solicitors was not easy, and frankly, if it wasn't for Oulsnam's prompt intervention, the process would have taken longer.
