Wanted to commend John and James on the handling of my daughter's and husband's property during the tenancy years and through to the sale. They handled the tenancy with efficiency and kept us informed of any issues to letting us know our boiler/gas check was due. All the things we may have forgot about otherwise; James and John were on top of it. Then when it came for us to sell the property around April 2016; James and John did so again with ease. We had no hassle whatsoever. They arranged viewings, informed us and gave us feedback. We sold the property really quickly and our sale went through smoothly. All pain free!! Thanks guys.
