Dawsons were great selling our property for the full asking price in 10 days with the sale completing in just over three months. As a result we might always wonder if the price was to low and feel that knowing they could sell it so easily their fees were to high. We experienced some frustration in the lack of continuity of contacts from initial instruction to completion. We also had a problem with the sale board indicating the wrong message.

Website hard to navigate for correct search options
Very poor experience with Dawson’s Swansea I do not recommend Dawson’s Swansea. The property was poorly maintained — the oven didn’t work for 10 months, the shower never got hot, the garden was overgrown, and the children’s bedroom carpet was unsafe. I never received or signed a proper check-in report or photos. After only one year, the landlord increased the rent by 17%, prompting us to move out. Now they are attempting to claim £3,500 under Flatfair, the maximum amount, despite my tenancy being one year and all payments made on time. This claim is completely unfair and shows a lack of professionalism and fairness.
