Disappointed with Ashtons in Stockton heath tunic communication with clients and it's so easy to pick up the phone and tell me the client backed out of the sale 2 weeks ago, so back to square one again

Mortimers Clitheroe are great. Accrington are useless. Never reply to online viewing requests. Don't anwser the phone. Requested to view over 3 times as no anwser or reply called Clitheroe. Infor.ed rigbt away Requests stopped the weekend after viewing requests made. Absolute joke.

recently viewed a house put in an offer did not get it fair enough i was called back told it is back for sale ok so put in offer told there is some more viewings will let me know called me back thay will cancel rest of viewings if i can give them proof of deposit mortgage and my i d so i did all that told me it was mine called the next day and said some one else has looked at the house and sold it to them i feel thay just used me .

When you leave the rental property cleaner than when you moved in and they still withhold over £100 of your deposit for moderate cleaning. Scam!

Didn’t have a good experience buying or selling with Dawson’s, wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Friends have had similar experiences, disappointing.
