I have recently used Henderson Connellan to rent out my house. Within one day of putting my property live I had viewings arranged and a tenant confirmed within the same month. Henderson offered an inventory service at a very reasonable price which took all of the work away from me which was fantastic. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Henderson Connellan have let my property for the last 3 years and have taken all the hassle out of letting process. Their Customer Service is excellent the team and Laura first class. Especially if any repair or maintenance issue arises, they manage the process and inform your prior of any cost. Finally, on the Sales side, their team were first class when I wanted to sell a property and again I can highly recommend.

Henderson Connellan have been acting on our behalf for several years now and I could not be more pleased with the work they have done.
