Kirsten was great. She was always there to update me through a very long and stressful house sale. Kirsten chased the buyer and her sollicitors constantly for me, as at times I was unsure if it would ever happen - 7 months in total. Kirsten also supported me when I lost the flat I was purchasing, while awaiting my buyers finances to be resolved. This was due to Mike Tierney Estate Agents in Stalybridge, who proceeded to put the flat back on the market - (avoid at all costs). Despite everything going through as advised. Not sure why !!! We completed on Friday 13th March - thanks to Robin for her support on the day, as the buyers sollicitors went AWOL, so we didn't complete until 4pm. Kisten got to know me so well through the process, and was always at the other end of the phone, for support and reassurance. Super friendly and highly efficient, she always makes sure that I’m kept up to date with progress and is always on hand to iron out any little bumps along the way! Ryder and Dutton Ashton have been amazing to work with and helped secure a buyer very quickly for us. Kirsten Woodhead was really helpful and professional as were the rest of the staff I dealt with. The manager Matthew Clayton took superb photographs and the writeup on Rightmove was very impressive. It didn’t take long to find a buyer so I would highly recommend the team at Ashton if you want to market your property with a very professional agent.

What a wonderful experience during what was otherwise a very stressful time. Everyone at Henderson Connellan was incredibly attentive, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. Sam is hands down the best estate agent I have ever worked with. From start to finish he showed nothing but care and attention, especially as our move became quite complicated. He went far beyond normal expectations — always reassuring, incredibly patient, and he handled the chain superbly well. His experience and calm approach made a huge difference when things became stressful. Communication from the team was first class. Sam was always available to answer questions and in some cases even responded out of hours, which really showed how dedicated he is to his clients. I genuinely wouldn’t look anywhere else in the future. The whole team at Henderson was a pleasure to deal with — James, Sam, Daniel, Amy and Poppy were all amazing. Everyone was friendly, efficient and clearly worked together to make the process as smooth as possible. They are also incredibly quick and diligent. My property was photographed on Thursday afternoon and was sold by the following Thursday, which honestly exceeded all expectations. A huge thank you again to Sam. We secured our dream move and couldn’t have done it without him. He single-handedly took so much of the pain and stress out of moving house. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
