He recommended a fantastic solicitor and even when Covid 19 hit the country and I lost my sale, Antony was there at the end of the phone organising virtual viewings and calming me down until I sold again. I cannot recommend Lawrence Antony Homes enough, with Antony driving his team to deliver a truly unique professional and personal services, making buying selling and renting property a enjoyable and smooth experience.

Dominique and her team did a fantastic job of getting our flat sold after it had been on the market with another agent for nearly a year. Had insights into better presentation, getting buyers interested from London and how to deal with the market place in general.

I rented through Lawrence Antony for four years and never had any problems with them. Any maintenance problems were dealt with quickly and staff were always pleasant and helpful whenever I got in contact with them. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Helpful and good communication from start to finish

Firstly they failed to pass on my offer to the family. After trying again, my offer was accepted (13th June, they asked for info 17th June and all information they asked for given. I ran around getting my mortgage application done (within one week, they already had my mortgage in princlible). They didn't mark it as SOLD SUBJECT TO CONTRACT. Chasing and chasing for updates to be told on 9th July they had another higher offer and was going to go with that. SLIMY AND UNDERHANDED.

I had one interaction with them years ago and never signed up for anything, but they still added me to their pointless mailing list and sent me spam.

Absolutely shocking Estate Agents. I've had the displeasure of dealing with several branches, for a number of transactions, including purchasing a business, leasing a commercial unit and buying a residential property, all of which, have caused me severe distress and been financially debilitating, due to their poor communication and misrepresentation. It's unfortunate they have the monopoly in the Lake District, as there are some great Estate Agents around, that are drowned by this company. Be warned, question everything; ask for evidence, especially when reviewing their sales adverts. One of many examples, I was looking to buy a business; they suggested a new lease may be available if desired; the business was being sold for over £130k, with an existing 2 year lease, so a new lease was absolutely desired. However, after spending nearly £8k on due diligence, there wasn't a new lease available, the estate agent hadn't even discussed it with the landlord, they just added that statement to the sales documentation to make the business more appealing. Don't even bother about complaining, as you'll be dismissed and then threatened by their solicitors. If there is absolutely no alternative to using this company, please be very careful. I hope never to use them again, in fact, I'll go out of my way to make sure our paths never cross again.
