Matt Higgins is hands down the best estate agent I've ever worked with. He also has land valuation qualifications and skills which in our case really came in handy as we had a house to sell that wasn't like any other in our road. Matt was able to give us a great valuation (when frankly the other estate agents weren't sure). In the end, we had 5 offers with high quality buyers and a quick sale at a price that exceeded our expectations. Added to this are his great negotiation and communication skills. The rest of the team (I worked mainly with Dominique & Lara) were really good also and the marketing materials are a cut above the rest.
