Profesional, knowledgable advice and great service
Having worked with Demitris at Martyn Gerrard for locating my new rental property on Kentish Town, I would have to say that the overall service and experience was extremely positive. The online process for contracts and refernces ensured the process moved quickly whilst I was travelling with work and Demitris was on hand to assist promptly and personally assisted when an issue came up to ensure the move happened on the agreed day. Overall, very pleased with the experience and would recommend Demitris to any prospective tenant or landlord.

Demitris Ogbogu is excellent
I asked Demitris to find a tenant for our property in Kentish town. It's a beautiful 2 bed flat, though slightly quirky as the second bedroom is more of a study - hence finding a tenant and making sure they understand precisely what it is takes more work and thought than normal. Demitris was excellent - he worked tirelessly and effectively throughout the whole process, giving us good local insights such as advising us about other flats coming on to the market, where and for what price so we could adjust ours accordingly. He was always polite, charming and helpful and knew the area well - and was also honest with us the whole time, so we really felt that we could trust him. We recommend him highly!

Professional & Courteous
Martyn Gerrard has been involved in the rental of our residential properties within NW5 for the last two years. We are very pleased with the outcome having dealt with the lettings manager Demitris Ogbogu who has always provided an extremely professional and courteous service. Great service by Demitris
Demitris was nothing but professional, kind and on top of his game. Would highly recommend him. MG have found me 2 sets off incredible tenants, The last couple stayed for 2 years and couldn't have been nicer and more reliable. I'm looking to rent another property out soon and they are going to be at the top of my list.

I cant speak highly enough of the support received from the team at Martyn Gerrard in Kentish Town - Jason and Anthony really went above and beyond to get this transaction through in record time. The Best Agent in the area!

A very professional service by very professional people
we were very happy with the service that Martyn Gerrard provided. Our agent was Anthony Wilkinson Denny. He was very well informed with local knowledge. We found him to be professional and very friendly at all times. He guided us through the process right up to completion.. We were kept informed of any developments which meant we were able to act on any information immediately, therefore there were no delays..
