Overall an outstanding company to deal with with friendly staff who genuinely listen to your needs. I also spoke to their mortgage advisor who was extremely helpful and explored different options for me. I mostly dealt with a lady called Zee who i couldnt fault!

We had been looking for a second investment property in the Herne Bay area for several months. Sadly such property’s seem to be sort after, having registered our budget and cash buyer status will all agencies in Herne Bay Miles and Barr really did deliver. They organised a sameday viewing. We were met at the vacant property by Lewis who lets us look around without any hard sale or pressure, he had great local knowledge and was a genuinely nice chap.
