Joesph Libby was my first contact who was very helpful at the Dover Office not the Herne Bay office which this survey addressed me as using but without ticking the box I would be unable to complete this survey. This sale took nearly 1 year to complete due to buyers trying before contracts were exchanged to offer a lower than agreed price and wasting everyone’s time & money.
