Fantastic persinalized service
I had been searching for a property and experienced poor service from many company agents. I came in contact with Alex Bell who was amazing. Her professionalism was impeccable, and she really went that extra mile to get me into my chosen flat. Would certainly rev omen dealing with her if your in the process of moving.

Expert tour of W8 properties
I found my current flat in W8 through Marsh & Parsons. My agent, Alice Midgley, took me on a expertly curated tour of W8 properties. She has extensive knowledge of and experience in the area. I was very impressed by her professional efficiency throughout the process, not to mention that she's incredibly friendly. The agency handled all the paperwork with precision and speediness. I'd highly recommend seeking Marsh & Parsons' help in finding your next home!

Absolutely wonderful
Marsh & Parson's and especially Alice Midgley have been great through the entire process of finding a flat in London. I am new to the city (and country) and was able to correspond, book viewings and discuss everything related to the move with Alice even before I stepped foot in London. She had a list of properties ready to show me as soon as I landed and did all the groundwork beautifully. She was committed in finding me something suitable based on my criteria, and listened carefully, instead of showing me a bunch of overpriced properties. I am extremely grateful as she helped me find my new home, in an area I absolutely love. Highly recommend Marsh & Parson's and Alice in particular!!

Acquisition of a property in High Street Kensington aera
Good service in all departments of the transaction from Marsh & Parsons and specifically from Rav Sagoo, the agent from M&P that supported the whole transaction process. After a first round of 3 visits, Rav was able to understand what my criteria and presented me only the apartments that were relevant (which quite rare). The second round of 2 visits was successful. The sale was complex involving a lease extension and on top I was a first time buyer not knowing really the rules. Rav put the process under control being very reactive, proactive and making sure that all aspects were dealt with all stakeholders: me, the seller, 3 sollicitors, the freeholder. He definitely knows his business and how to make it happen smoothly. He is also a very pleasant person to deal with.

Sale at last after ages with other agent
The enthusiastic and professional team brought viewers from all their 5 agencies in the area so I was immediately impressed by the wide net of potential buyers. My lovely Kensington house had been on the market with another agent for some time and no-one could think why it had not sold. Laura found, charmed and showed the buyer and David Mendel sealed the deal, impressively. I am grateful to all in the Kensington Office of Marsh and Parsons.

David Mendel - Arrogant and Rude - Terrible experience
David was rude and snotty and hung up twice mid conversation. Its a shame that one bad agent has to give the whole agency a bad name. Perhaps M&P should pay more attention to protecting their image by ridding themselves of bad eggs. Its people like him that give estate agents a bad name. Unfortunate.
