As I'm not a tenant of this agency I was clearly ignored by them having a problem with their contractors just before Xmas. Thank you for a "wonderful present" from you in the most suitable time.

Awful! Traveled all the way from outside London to attend a pre-booked viewing. No one showed up, no one contacted us to say they couldn’t show us round and could not get hold of the Kendal office at all. Redirected to Grange, Keswick, etc

I've rented 2 houses from these, first time I thought it was the landlord trying to rip me off after 8 years of letting the same house, second time exactly the same, turns out hackney and Leigh in kendal try to have your pants down just to please their client, cant talk for sales department but letting I would never recommend to anyone

If you want your place trashed then rent it via these people.All my hard work undone. New stove trashed.new blinds damaged etc.This is just wear and tear apparently.
