We are First-Time Buyers and were really quite anxious about our purchase and how smoothly (or not) everything would go. Hackney and Leigh have been nothing short of amazing! We've primarily dealt with Shannon and Keira who have been truly formidable, but to be honest; everyone who we've been in contact with has been professional, informative and just really helpful. The experience (in stark comparison to lots of others we know of through friends and fanily with different agencies etc) has been really smooth and positive.
