All the staff were very accommodating and quick to respond to enquiries. Cody went above and beyond for us as buyers l. We had multiple problems with our solicitor particularly with communication and actioning tasks. Cody was able to assist with communication for the vendors solicitor and made so many phone calls to help resolve issues. She was also very empathetic to us as buyers and made us feel so understood and cared for as a customer. I do believe without her help this chain may have collapsed. THANK YOU SO MUCH
