I can only comment on my own experience with Sawyer and Co. I found the staff very polite, friendly and attentive. They did introduce themselves and always responded to my enquiries efficiently and professionally. I have only dealt with Sawyer & Co for a relatively short time but I must say they have been very helpful and always taken the time and effort to resolve any issues that we have had. I am not one to leave reviews generally, but on this occasion, I genuinely felt that they deserved some positive feedback! I fully understand that not everyone has had a great experience but I truly have. I am a firm believer that sometimes people are having a bad day, and we never know what is going on in their lives. I am delighted by the service that I have received and would recommend them without hesitation. I'm sorry to hear that some people haven't enjoyed the same service as myself, but sometimes they are under extreme pressure. I will very happily continue to deal with Sawyers!
