I randomly subscribed to Richard James mailing list to receive properties and had not settled on location yet. One faithful Friday afternoon Ollie called me to ask for exactly what I was looking for so he can tailor the search for me. He was very understanding and patiently listened to my long list of criteria and non-negotiables etc and assured me he’d find me exactly what we were looking for. He lived exactly to his promise not long after. As soon as he sent the house it ticked every single box we were expecting in our dream home. The entire Richard James team (Irthlingborough) were phenomenal in the acquisition of our property. There was always someone to speak to and give us update, advice etc. This made the entire process very smooth. They got involved in every aspect as much as possible to propagate the entire process which took 5months and to alleviate all delays. Even in Ollie’s absence the rest of the team covered him brilliantly! (Kim, Debbie to mention and few) I’d recommend Richard James in a heart beat! From the outset Mike was reassuring and very honest with us about the current state of the market. He prices the house to sell which it did within 2 weeks. Each week Rachael would call with an update and we were completed within 5 months. We cannot recommend Richard James in Irrhlingborough enough, super lovely people and they made a difficult process so much easier - thank you all for being so fabulous.
