The members of the Lettings team are very professional, friendly and exceptionally responsive. Maintenance requests were always promptly dealt with during our tenancy with Thomas Merrifield. A letting agency where tenants also matter. Highly recommended.

Highly recommened Williams and Goodwin, very helpfull and efficient and nothing to much trouble. Also would like to mention Gemma she has been brilliant, allways answering emails and questions we wanted to know, nothing was to much trouble fir her, thankyou very much Williams and Gooidwin and Gemma.

Would 100% recommend Mannings, we’ve been tenants in our property for almost 6 years and never had an issue. The rare problems that have occurred have been dealt with professionally and quickly with fantastic communication.

We bought a Commercial property through Webbers in South Molton. We primarily dealt with Lauren who was exceptional. Her communication was fabulous and she supported us through a tricky purchase. The staff were always efficient and understanding. I would very definitely recommend the team.
