After a relatively stressful time with another estate agent - my husband and I have commenced the process of purchasing a Karl Tatler property. We don't usually write reviews on here, but we felt it was necessary after being supported by Ashleigh G in the Bebington branch. She was *so quick* to respond to us, keeping communication open and effective between us and the sellers. We have now been passed onto the sales team - but we just wanted to thank Ashleigh for her kind, attentive, professional and incredible efficiency!

We chose KT initially because their marketing seemed better and they had sold houses close to the asking price near ours. Anna communicated the process very well and was able to speed up the process as we had a purchase agreed and needed a sale. Once the ad was live we had an agent dedicated to us. Lauren was always available and communicated brilliantly. Property sold in a week and Sarah from the sale progression team took over from there and she was just as brilliant. I would recommend.

I am leaving a review for my experiences of Karl Tatler to date. Firstly, I would like to say how fantastic Lauren was in keeping in touch with me (for a year!) and adapting with my ever changing property search requirements. Lauren bared with me and kept me updated with properties. Then i was passed over to the relevant branch to arrange viewing/purchase . I’d also like to praise Chloe for her contact once it moved to the Prenton branch. Chloe was great and communicated really well between buyer (me) and seller.
