Very professional service all around! I was having trouble selling my house in Appleby and decided to change my estate agent in a bid to get things moving. Hackney and Leigh have been very easy to work with so far; they gave an honest and fair assessment of the houses value, were very quick to advertise the house on social media, put up sign posts etc (which the previous agent had not done) and were getting viewers in within a week of putting the place up for sale. Fingers crossed but within a month we have a buyer and a fair price after waiting for months beforehand just to get people through the door!
