Great team. Friendly, professional, helpful and responsive. Renting through Thomas Merrifield has been great. We have had some dreadful experiences with other lettings agents, but Simon, Kirsty and the rest of the team make things easy and stress-free.

Williams and Goodwin handled a complex sale for me, providing an excellent service throughout. All the staff acted in a most courteous and professional manner throughout the process, often going above and beyond contractual obligations to help. Special mention must go toAmy Williams, Dafydd Thomas and Sally Walley without whose help we probably would still be looking for a buyer. What is usually a difficult and stressful process was made simple and stress free by the excellent team.
