We put our house up for sale with the Wellingborough branch and had several viewings straight away, we sold it in approx 3 weeks, brilliant response in letting us know the views on the prospective buyers. We found our new home through them too (Irthlingborough branch), both branches were very helpful ... We've recently purchased a house through Richard James Estate Agents and cannot recommend this agents enough. Chris has been ever so helpful in explaining things to us, sometimes two or three times! We had a particularly bad solicitor who had to be chased for everything and Chris was the person who did this for us as we had no clue on what was needed.
