The team of Thomas Merrifield Lettings went out of their way to help me with the initial viewing and paper work remotely (two years ago…pre-covid…when it wasn’t common!). During my 2 years of residential tenancy, all interactions with the staff and contractors were professional and polite. All their written and oral communications were clear (regarding maintenance, incidental repairs and inspections). They truly take care of their properties and tenants. The entire experience was pleasant. Highly recommended.

All the way throughout the valuation to the final sale the staff acted very professional in their duties. Their job was made so much more difficult during strict rules in force durning the Coronavirus Virus. Well done to them all.
