I phoned up the office needing them to contact my landlord, to have a stop tap changed over behind my old washing machine due to it seizing up. Kevin was very helpful and got the job done really really fast, getting the plumber here between my important appointments, and making sure we were able to get our new washing machine in. I could not recommend Ashley and the team at Belvoir Ipswich highly enough. We recently sold our property through them and from the valuation, to the listing and dealing with viewings they were awesome. As the sale started to progress Ashleys knowledge and experience really put us at ease and helped things move along. The estate agent for our onward purchase were of the online type and I have to say it was a pretty impersonal experience largely dealing with a different person in a call centre every time. If you're a seller I urge you, don't go with an online agent go with someone you can pick up the phone to or send an email or go and see if you must. You won't regret it.
